LOVECHO Compassionate Care LLC is an approved provider under Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Consolidated Waiver, offering a full spectrum of In-Home & Community Support services. These supports are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build daily-living skills, maximize community participation, and maintain health and safety in the least restrictive setting.
Each service tier can be delivered in participants’ homes or community environments, under either self-directed or agency-directed models. LOVECHO’s team combines trauma-informed practices, cultural competence, and person-centered planning to ensure that every individual receives the right level of support to thrive.
Low-intensity assistance focused on daily living tasks, community inclusion, and skill reinforcement.
Limited personal care and household supports that promote independence in routine activities.
Moderate-intensity supports including personal care, community access coaching, and developmental skill building.
All Level 2 services plus skilled nursing oversight (RN or LPN) for individuals with co-occurring health needs.
High-intensity, 1:1 supports for participants with complex behavioral or medical support requirements.
All Level 3 services augmented by on-site RN or LPN care for advanced health monitoring and interventions.
